RunParrot is designed to keep your data yours. By default everything you log lives in your browser's local storage — nothing leaves your device.

If you create an account

Signing in stores your runs and goals in a Supabase database so they sync across your devices. You can delete everything at any time from Settings.

Cookies & tracking

We don't use third-party analytics, ad networks, or tracking cookies. The only data we store is the consent banner choice and the app data you create.

Your rights

Use the "Delete all my data" button in Settings to wipe everything. If you've signed in, this also deletes your account's data from the server.
